With more skills behind the camera than Ted Nugent behind a bow (...it's a Michigan thing...), Steve is As an old high school friend and nobody involved in the race has known me longer. Steve was there to support me on my very first organized race ever. And no one has spent more time crewing for me than him. It's one thing to volunteer when it involves a trip to Europe and a big fancy race. And it's another to believe in and support me when I had never ridden before and had a half bit Idea to do a 100-mile race. He believed in me before I even believed in myself. Without Steve my cycling ambitions would have been just another crazy idea. But through his unwavering support they have become my reality.

 

Fred Mulder
Handle: "Le Pen" aka "Cuistot” (pronounced, “Kwee-toe”)
Position: Field Correspondent, Writer, Chef

Another Seattle Randonneur who is making his big debut into ultracycling. Fred is set to take on the Race across Oregon at the end of July. SOLO. And I am pleased to announce I will get to support him. this will also be my rookie experience on the other side of the car. Fred is also an excellent writer and a trained Chef so he will definitely be leaving a lasting impression on the entire Crew.
